Product Introduction
【TL-101-12 Rolling machine】
Application: TL-101 Rolling machine is specially designed to reduce round and metal sheathed tubular heating elements to increase the MgO powder density.
Functions: The frame of the machine is made out of pig iron casting.
We have two types of motor for your choice, non-uniform speed (different speed) and uniform speed. The former makes the ductility of the tube better, while the latter applies to the tube with large diameter.
When the tube specifications change, we only need to replace a set of rollers. The rollers can be classified into two categories: DC 53 roller and tungsten carbide roller. DC 53 roller can reduce approximately 3 hundred thousand meters length heaters( 8H/ Day and 5Days/ Week), while tungsten carbide roller can reduce approximately 1 million meters length heaters( 8H/ Day and 5Days/ Week)
This machine is of small size, low noise and convenient adjustments.
Applicable tube: Copper, iron, aluminum, stainless steel, etc.
【TL-105A Filling machine( Powder free)】
Application: TL-105A Filling machine is mainly used for magnesium powder filling between heating element tube and coil set.
Functions: TL-105A Filling machine can fill 36 heating element tubes at a time. And 24 tubes can be loaded and unloaded by pneumatic clamp at one time.
Its structure applies a three guide tubes mode, to guarantee the coil sets are in the center of the element tubes.
Adopting outer guide tube powder sealing technology, the whole filling process is powder-free.
The depth of magnesium powder can be controlled.
【TL-377 Bending machine】
Application: TL-377 Bending machine is mainly used for bending heating elements to different shapes.
Functions: It applies servo motor to bending and feeding. The speed, length and angle can be adjusted precisely.
It can bend 1-4 pcs heating elements at a time.
Different R section diameter intelligent switching.
Could set bending technical parameters in touch screen.

【TL-378 Multi-function Machine】
Application:
TL-378 Multi-function machine is mainly used for automatic production of tube turning, plug removing, pin cutting, digging powder.
Functions:
Automatic turning, plug removing, pin cutting, digging powder. It can be connected with the pipe rolling machine and the pipe feeding machine to form an assembly line and can be operated by only one person, thus saving labor. In addition, Resistance Test, tube length range test, pin chamfering, straight tube marking can be added. It also can be custom-made according to different customers’ requirements.
【TL-421 NC Coiling machine】
Application:
TL-421 NC Coiling machine is mainly used for winding resistance wires, which is big in middle and small in 2 ends, inside of heating elements.
Functions:
Can coiling the wire diameter range between Φ0.1 6~Φ0.55.
The heating wires winded by this machine have an accurate resistence value and no burs.
The max. feeding speed could be 34m/min, which with highly efficiency.
If this machine is use together with TL-450 Automatic coil, pin plug assembling and welding machine, then the effect will be particularly good.
【TL-422 NC Coiling machine】
Application:
TL-422 NC Coiling machine is mainly used for winding resistance wires inside of heating elements.
Functions:
Can produce two different kinds of specifications of resistance wires at the same time.
Can achieve coiling the single wire and double wires for the diameter range between Φ0.16 ~Φ0.55.
The heating wires winded by this machine have an accurate resistance value and no burs.
The productivity compared with the traditional coiling machine was increased 2.5 to 3 times, which brings a remarkable result in reducing the heating elements factory’s cost and increasing their productivity.
If this machine is use together with TL-450 Automatic coil, pin plug assembling and welding machine, then the effect will be particularly good.
【TL-159B Tube Length Compensation Machine( after rolling)】
Application:
The TL-159B Tube Length Compensation Machine is installed at the outlet of the tube rolling machine. Its function is to compensate for length differences in tubes after rolling by performing precise calculations, ensuring that the lengths of the tubes are consistent.
Main Performance:
- Automatic Operation: The machine automatically receives tubes from the tube rolling machine, sequentially performing tube length measurement, automatic calculation of compensation data, rolling compensation, and XY mechanism straightening. It features product counting function, real-time display of measurement data, and supports cycle time settings, with real-time monitoring of the completion status of each process.
- Manual Operation: Independent control of components such as the front pressure roller, middle pressure roller, and rear pressure roller via corresponding buttons.
- Status Monitoring and Feedback: “Parameter Settings,” “PLC Current Values,” and “Data Display” functions allow the operator to view real-time information on current tube length, axis positions and speeds, process completion status, measurement data, and compensation data.

Functions:
TL-106A Filling machine can fill 30 heating element tubes at a time. And 30 tubes can be loaded and unloaded by pneumatic clamp at one time.
Its structure applies a three guide tubes mode to guarantee the coil sets in the center of the element tubes and outer guide tube control powder top level.
Adopting outer guide tube powder sealing technology, the whole filling process is powder-free.
It also saves a lot of production cost for the manufacturer.
【TL-303 Automatic upper plug and pin assembling machine 】
Application:
TL-303 Automatic upper plug and pin assembling machine is mainly used for assembling the upper plug after filling MgO powder.
Functions:
TL-303 Automatic upper plug and pin assembling machine can assemble 24 or 36 upper plugs on the heating element tubes at a time. And 24 or 36 tubes can be loaded and unloaded by pneumatic clamp at one time which is easy and fast.
The plugs assembling movement adopts PLC control, servo motor and pneumatic drive which can promote the accurate implementation of each action.
Machine parts are chrome-plated to improve the surface hardness of the parts to increase wear resistance, and with beautiful appearance.
【TL-500 Fully-automatic spiral shape bending machine 】
1.Application:
TL-500 Fully-automatic spiral shape bending machine is mainly used for fully-automatic bending spiral shape heating elements including tube ends bending.
2.Functions:
Bending action adopts PLC control, touch screen man-machine interface operation, full servo motor drive action.
The 10.1-inch touch screen has a wide visual and operating interface. Changing the shape and size of the product can be done by simply adjusting the parameters in the touch screen.
Machine protection is composed of national standard aluminium profile and acrylic which is safe and beautiful.
