Tongli Machinery TL-107 Feeding and Testing Machine is a blend of high voltage testing and automatic feeding machine which is used to feeding tubular heating elements to the TL-101 Rolling machine. It is characterized by easy operation, continuously working, automatic testing, automatic separating, no special skill or specially trained personnel is needed to operate this machine.

Functions:

  1. PLC control. It feeds the heating elements with a consistent space between them, this avoids risk for damage on reducing rolling mill.
  2. Easy operation and no need for operator.
  3. Equipped with a high testing device to sort out of defective elements before rolling automatically.
  4. Feeding speed can be adjusted.
