Tongli Machinery TL-110 Winding machine for resistance wire is a special equipment for resistance wire coil winding. It has no touch screen and can’t input technical parameters like TL-110A Winding machine. It is characterized by small size, stable quality, high production and so on.

*The principal axis adopts Mitsubishi frequency speed governor, dual spindle stepless speed governor, it is suitable for different wire diameters.

*The combination of mandrel and principle axis can guarantee stability and coiling quality.

*The machine also adopts BC-DP7-61BP electric counter.

*Electromagnet cutter which can control the coiling quantity accurately and cut automatically with clean cut end.

*The quantity will be accumulated(DHC-11J-2AJ).

Functions:

  1. The shaft speed controlled by DELTA or ADLEEPOWER brand inverter.
  2. The machine will produce coils with very consistent resistance values.
  3. When lack of wire or wire is broken, the machine will stop automatically. It also can count the output automatically.
  4. Wire with small diameter is usually cut by electromagnetic while wire with large diameter is cut by pneumatic.
  5. This machine is small-sized, easy to operate and requires no operator most of the time.
  6. Single and double plastic wheel are available. Both single wire and double wires are okay.
